Art Programs

Kate is an experienced teacher and facilitator of painting who offers tuition and mentoring for individuals and small groups. Kate approaches teaching using colour theory and painting ‘Alla-Prima’ (wet into wet) using oil paints. She can also facilitate more traditional oil painting processes such as underpainting and glazing.

Kate’s teaching encompasses composition, scale, subject and genre. She aims to take any intimidation out of creativity.

Support Services

For several years now Kate has worked in the support sector, working with clients in aged care and the NDIS sector with a specific focus on people living with Parkinson’s disease and dementia.

Kate offers social support and diversional activities for clients. Providing creative activities for clients is a wonderful way to bring purpose and joy back into their day.

Kate is a recognised(non-registered) NDIS support worker.
